How do I return or exchange?

  • You can register return and exchange for your order within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. 
  • To get the return process started, please send email to our friendly service agents at [email protected] with the order ID and reason for return/exchange. 
  • If the reason is product damaged in shipment, we will need images/videos of damaged packaging, within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Please do not accept any item if the packaging is damaged/torn.

 

Are there any charges for return and exchange?

  • No, all returns and exchanges are free of cost, given these are approved by our team.
  • Pickups for returns are chargeable, except for returns for damaged delivery.

 

What items are not returnable?

  • All Items purchased under discount are generally not eligible for any return or exchange, all sales are final. 
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
  • All “Personalized” items are not returnable.
  • Any customized item is not returnable.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days to process the refund from our side, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
  • The refund will reflect in your account, based on your bank’s policy.

 

Why will my return or exchange rejected?

  • Return/Exchange request raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition. The product, when  returned, will be processed for quality check. No returns, no exchanges and no refunds are provided for damaged returns.
  • Reason for return is damaged item, without corresponding images/video.
  • Accepting item with damaged packaging from delivery partner, and not contacting us with refund request within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Note: We love being nice and will do our best to resolve genuine concerns.
