How do I track my order?
When you place the order, you will get an email with the order number. Shipment details with tracking number will be shared with you via an Email and/or SMS when your order is shipped.
You can track your order with either the order number or the AWB number on “Track Your Order” which is under quick links, at the bottom of the page.

In how many days am I likely to receive the order?
Your order should reach you within 3 – 10 working days, depending on your Indian pin code.
Orders MIGHT get delayed because of Covid19 restrictions.

How do I raise a query for a damaged or undelivered item?
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstance if you do receive a damaged, defective or wrong product or an incomplete order altogether; get in touch with us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order, stating your concern and attaching referential pictures of the same and we will take care of the rest.
If you do not receive your order at all, please write to us at [email protected]. We will get in touch with our shipping partner regarding the same. You will either receive a refund of the exact amount if it is already paid for online or the product will be sent to you if it is available.

What’s not returnable: When you choose a customized product, it will be printed in the color, size & print that you order. Hence, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for customized products.

Do you accept a customized shipping order request? (Delivery on a particular day)
Yes, we do accept customized shipping orders. You can get in touch with us via an email or a call before placing the order and sharing the details of your preferred shipping date and time.
Since our shipping is handled by courier companies, we will be more likely to deliver the order according to your preference if we have the details in advance.

Will I be charged for shipping?
Prepaid orders over 2000 get FREE shipping.
COD orders might be chargeable with a COD fee, depending on order size.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?
Three delivery attempts will be made by the delivery system before your order reaches back to us. You can get in touch with us via an email at [email protected] and our concerned professional will assist you further.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, if not already shipped.

Which orders can not be cancelled?
1) A personalized item is made especially for you. Hence we regret that an order containing customized items can not be cancelled.
2) Any order, once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation process
Please send a mail to [email protected] with order details and request to cancel, within 24 hours of making the purchase.
Refund for cancelled order will be processed in 3-5 business days. The amount will show in your account based on your bank’s timelines.
