Returns – Due to Covid 19 , returns should be done in 7 days. Only replacements will be given in case there is any manufacturing defect.

Which size should I choose?

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme. To convert this to your personal size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page.
As sizes can vary by design & fabric, we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email friends@cequana.com for advice.

What if I want to return or exchange?

We want to provide every customer a great experience and hence we offer you a choice of easy returns and exchange. If the apparel arrives damaged, or the size doesnt fit you, or you change your mind- we will take our apparel back. We love them. :)

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Cequana.com?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure third party checkout system.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited for items in stock. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock. In case your card is charged and we have to cancel the order, we will immediately initiate the refund process.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Touche DOux Fashion LLP is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For Indian Customers - Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers - Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

When do we deliver

All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. 

Free Shipping 

Free shipping is offered above a minimum order value, to only customers in India. This minimum value can change from time to time based on our shipping partners. Most of the time we waive of the minimu order value and offer free shipping.
For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹ 15000.

Cancellation

We will not be able to process the cancellation if the order has been shipped. An order with customization cannot be cancelled.
